Important Information for Incoming Residents

Welcome to Post Realty Properties!  We would like to help you with your transition to Ann Arbor.

All utility companies' phone numbers will be listed together at the bottom of the page for your convenience.  Each Post Realty Property is listed below, please find the property below you are moving into and you will find information on what to do prior to move in!

 

All Properties

Please contact DTE to set up your electricity before you arrive. (800-477-4747 or dteenergy.com) 

 

It is essential that you do this prior to move in to ensure that you have electric service.  No pets are permitted on the properties.  We strongly recommend that you secure renter's insurance to protect your belongings, State Farm, Farmer's, AAA and Allstate insurance are reputable providers. Post Realty Properties cannot be responsible for damage to your personal property in case of theft, fire or flood.

 

IN CASE OF EMERGENCIES AFTER HOURS, PLEASE CALL OXFORD PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AT 734-995-9551 AND A MAINTENANCE PERSON WILL BE CONTACTED. 

 

912 S. Forest

Heat, water, and 1 parking space is included with the apartment.  As stated above DTE is your electricity provider.  If you are looking for cable television please contact Comcast at http://www.comcast.com prior to your arrival to check on any student specials and to arrange installation.

Prior to move in day, please call Oxford Property Management to set up a time to pick up your keys, parking permit and move in packet.  Please be on time, because appointments are every 20 minutes and we do not want you to have to wait if you are not on time.  On or before move in, your your first month's rent and your cleaning fee of $350 will be due.  All checks should be made out to:  Post Realty - Forest. 

 

The entire amount must be paid in full prior to keys being released.  If you have a roommate who is coming later, be sure they have paid this amount prior to your move in date!

As a reminder the apartments are furnished with living room furniture, dining table and chairs, lamps, and a bed, desk and dresser per person.  Bed sizes are twin and full and must be designated 30 days prior to move in.  If you are bringing your own bed, please let us know 30 days prior to move in so that we can remove our bed before you arrive.  Please note that the apartment is rented furnished and we will not be able to remove sofas, etc.  Furniture in the apartment at move in, must remain in the apartment.

 

1337 Wilmot

Covered parking is available at a $25 per month fee.   At move in, you will pay your first month's rent and your cleaning fee of $125.   All checks should be made out to Post Realty - Hoover.   The entire amount must be paid in full prior to keys being released.  If you have a roommate who is coming later, be sure they have paid this amount prior to your move in date!

 

1009 Church

As stated above DTE is your electricity and gas provider.  If you are looking for cable television or internet service please contact Comcast at http://www.comcast.com prior to your arrival to check on any student specials and to arrange installation.

Prior to move in day, please call Oxford Property Management to set up a time to pick up your keys, parking permit and move in packet.  At move in, you will pay your first month's rent and your cleaning fee.   All checks should be made out to Post Realty - Church.   The entire amount must be paid in full prior to keys being released.  If you have a roommate who is coming later, be sure they have paid this amount prior to your move in date!

 

1323 Cambridge

This property is a free-standing duplex rather than an apartment building.  Therefore, all utilities listed below are the responsibility of the tenants.  As stated above DTE is your electricity and gas provider.  If you are looking for cable television or internet service please contact Comcast at http://www.comcast.com prior to your arrival to check on any student specials and to arrange installation.  City of Ann Arbor water department can be reached at 734-994-2666 or www.a2gov.org.
